Keto, low Carb Pancakes

Few ingredients and great flavor. Only 3 net carbs!






For 3-4 pancakes:
You will need:

1/2 Cup Extra White Gold Keto Pizza & Bread Mix (yes!)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
3 large eggs , beaten
2 Tablespoons nut milk or water
1 Tablespoon oil

 

Instructions:
1. Combine eggs, milk and oil in a medium bowl.
2. Add 1/2 cup mix, baking powder, cinnamon to egg mixture. Mix well.
3. Heat oiled or nonstick griddle or skillet over medium heat.
4. Pour 1/4 cup batter and cook on one side until bubbles appear on top and edges are dry (about 2 min) flip carefully, cook until second side is browned.

Waffles:
Use same ingredients and two first steps in the instructions. Cook in a hot waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.
